DescriptionEdit

AirMech Clients are programs that allow players to access Carbon Games servers to play and interact with AirMech. They can mainly be categorized in 2 types depending upon the API used for the client;
Chrome (NaCl) and PC (Canary, PC, Steam, Aeria, GamersFirst).

Chrome ClientEdit

Requirement: Any Operating System with Chrome Browser

Availability: Downloadable at Chrome Web Store

Compatibility: Compatible with all Chrome Clients on all OS'es, but not with PC variants

Exclusive: Chrome Saucer, 645 Diamonds Diamonds icon

DescriptionEdit

The Chrome Native Client (NaCl]) is the Cross Platform Client of AirMech allowing non PC players (mostly Linux and Mac as well as PC) to download and play AirMech within the Google Chrome browser.

Although Chrome client provides cross platform functionality, it's playerbase is relatively small due to Chrome Browser restrictions forcing Chrome players to play only with other Chrome players but not with other AirMech clients. They share in-game chats with other clients but can not use party chat to chat to other client players. Most of the time Chrome players are invited to play on AirMech PC clients if they can.

Chrome client is the only client that a Player can buy the Exclusive Chrome Saucer from the in-game Shop for 645 diamonds. Upon purchase the Chrome Saucer can be used on any AirMech client with the current login credentials.
