Zara is an offensive Pilot. The 4% increase in Attack Power and the 3% increase in Air Speed will help for quick attacks along with the 16% increase in Respawn Speed, but the 12% decrease in Fuel Efficiency hurts if you're a Bomber or Helix, the AirMechs that need more Energy for their abilities.
